Catering at your event

Menus are planned with you before the event, from a Kerala sadya on banana leaf to Malabar biryani or fish curry with appam. On the day we run buffet or plated service, set up live cooking counters, and bring the service staff who plate, serve, and clear. If you are weighing up the best local caterers for a wedding, everything the meal needs — setup, service, and clear-down — sits with us, so the host stays with their guests.

Catering questions

What dishes can you serve at a Kerala wedding?

Kerala sadya on banana leaf, Malabar biryani, and Kerala fish curry with appam are all part of what we cook. The full menu is planned with you beforehand, so you can build it around the meal your guests expect.

Do you offer both buffet and plated service?

Yes, we run buffet and plated service, with live cooking counters where you want them. Setup, service, and clear-down are all ours, so the meal arrives and leaves without you managing it.

How does menu planning work?

We plan the menu with you ahead of the event, covering the dishes, the service style, and how the counters are laid out. Our staff cook and serve from that plan on the day, so nothing is decided at the last minute.

We set it up. We run it. We clear it down.

Tell us the date and the venue. We'll take it from there.
