Light & Sound at your event

We handle audio visual equipment rental, setup, and operation as one job: stage and ambient lighting, sound for speech and music, and lighting for the entrance and walkways. Equipment is set up for the room and a person stays on site operating it through the event. When a corporate event needs clear speech and controlled stage light, that is the same setup, run by the same team.

Do you rent out audio visual equipment?

Yes. Audio visual equipment rental is part of the service, covering the sound system for speech and music and the stage, ambient, entrance, and walkway lighting. It arrives with setup and on-site operation included.

Will someone operate the sound and lighting during the event?

Yes, an operator is on site for the duration. Speech and music levels are managed from the same desk as the stage lighting, so cues for entrances, toasts, and performances land when they should.

Can you set up sound for speeches and music in the same event?

Yes. The sound system covers speech and music, balanced for the room rather than set once and left. Lighting is planned alongside it so the stage stays readable on camera and from the back of the hall.
